Shoot I don’t even know where to start! The People: Every person in that building is amazing. They will know everything from coffee knowledge, the producers behind their coffee, to your favorite order. If you become a regular, they’ll have your order on lock down! The coffee: Roasted in house at their roastery. Relationships with the farm, everything from a classic washed, everyday crowd pleaser to funky varietals and co-ferments. Just ask what you want, and ask for their help during the order and they will give you exactly what you want! Also, house made syrups, drinks measured to the gram for consistent cups every day. You should give them a try!

The coffee is the best! rich, smooth, and full of flavor, not bitter. It’s the kind of coffee that makes you slow down and actually enjoy it 1000%! Love that they have different sizes of cups (sm coffee shops serve only tiny one size!). I loved coffee art on my latte so much! It’s gorgeous! The barista is super friendly, the whole place is so welcoming, crispy clean, it’s quite comparing to some other loud coffee shops and cozy! We’ll definitely be back next time we’re nearby!

I'm always all about supporting small local businesses and not a large chain. The staff was friendly and kind. The reason I couldn't give five stars is that when I'm supporting a small business I don't like to be dollar and dimed. My first experience was disappointing. I came for to the reviews and love trying new places! To my surprise there is a dollar up charge for allied products that typically come with a coffee in all my experience purchasing coffee. There is a 1.00 charge for a pump of syrup as well as milk which causes your $5 small coffee to be $7 or more. I was not able to see this information on the menu or the small handwritten menu about the up charges it's written extremely small. Be upfront, have your employees let people know when there's going to be an unusual charge. I also ordered two breakfast sandwiches with egg and cheese, one had bacon. I asked for a biscuit which was also an upcharge but the sandwich was $10 would just egg and cheese and bread. I did ask about this because that means I would be paying $12 for a biscuit with egg and cheese on it. Bacon or sausage was also another dollar but these things were easily visible although disturbing on the menu.

okay. the food is so good. I love that they have gluten free. but i’ve been here 3 times and haven’t had one smooth experience the breakfast sandwiches take forever. the first time I got it in store i was quoted 7 minutes, it took 20. I’ve placed 2 pick up orders quoted at 15 minutes, and always end up waiting longer. Both times on the pick up orders they didn’t make it gluten free. However, the first time they caught the mistake and remade it. Anyways. today I placed a pick up order before work. I took a few bites, I don’t think it’s gluten free, and their phone doesn’t work so I can’t call to check.
